Locks That Rock Hair Design
To add a team layout to this page, visit the Team folder in the section library. There are seven designed options available:
- Basic Team Layouts (4 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and (if needed) a call-to-action such as email or phone number. Do not include bios in these layouts.
- Team Layouts with Bios (2 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and a short bio. You may also include a call-to-action (email, phone, or social icons). If no image is provided, the layout can still be used without one.
- Standalone Profile (1 option) – A full page dedicated to a single team member (e.g., doctor, lawyer) with one long bio.
Choose the design that best fits the client’s content.

As a 1980 graduate of BOCES, I opened Locks That Rock Hair Design
in September of 1991. After a very successful career with my boss, the great Vincent Vitale, it was time to spread my wings.
Educated under such industry greats as Paul Mitchell, Jeanne Braa Foster, Irvine Rusk, the journey never gets old. As these people did for me I gain serious satisfaction in working with students and mentoring them in seeing their achievements come true. We host students during their internships, working with them and every now and then they join my staff.
Celebrating 40 years as a hairdresser and 30 Years in business as an owner I still have great satisfaction in working behind my chair 5 days a week. I feel you are never too old to still take classes and learn as much as possible from my staff. We give back to our community, have a Client Loyalty Program, Refill Program etc.

Tori, Stylist / Colorist / Make-up Artist
I am a Graduate of Paul Mitchell, and have been doing hair for over 10 years now! I graduated cosmology school with high honors in precision hair cutting techniques and specialize in hair color!
As a master colorist I love to do fashion color, unique custom color blends, color corrections, balayage, color melts, and highlights. As well as all over single color applications, as I strive to keep your hair in the best health condition throughout your hair color journey. My passion is to create custom coloration tailored just to you and your style.
I love making people feel good inside and out. I always enjoy meeting new people and have a passion for helping each guest who sits in my chair achieve the individualized look they've been looking for.
I continue going to educational classes to stay up to date on trends and the newest hair innovation to better accommodate any look you wish to accomplish.

I am a British trained hairdresser with over 30 years experience. Initially working in the UK for the renowned Raymond Hair Group, I joined Steiner of London and spent three years working globally as part of their salon team on cruise liners. Continuing my love of hairdressing and travel, I worked in the Cayman Islands and then spent several years in New York City. Having settled in Wappingers Falls I am happy to be part of the Locks that Rock team where you can find me here on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
I am experienced in all aspects of hairdressing, always learning new techniques and striving to create the perfect style and look for everyone.

My passion for hair came from a young age and continuously grew with everything I learned over the years. I started my education at BOCES and finished at empire beauty school where I received my graduate certificate in cosmetology. With nearly 10 years of experience, I’ve learned that hair is more than just style, it’s self-expression. I’m here to help you feel beautiful inside and out, with looks tailored just for you.
I take pride in offering my clients a wide variety of services including color, blonding, waxing, hair cuts, smoothing treatments, special occasions updos, hair extensions and non surgical hair replacements.
I became a hairdresser because I love connecting with people. It's more than just doing hair…it's being part of their big moments, helping them feel special, and building real relationships over time. I believe every client deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for — one appointment at a time!

Hey! My love for the beauty industry began at a very early age. I started with being a small freelance makeup artist at 15 years old that rocked its way to becoming an esthetician in 2020 ( I know- perfect timing Lol).
Throughout the years I dived into the education system for Capri College in Iowa and Paul Mitchell School Systems with every job title under the sun.
I am elated to bring some of my knowledge and energy to the team. I am also overjoyed to get to know every client and new clients along the way.
